Roborock Qrevo S Pro vs Roborock Q10 S5+

Updated · Price Drop Radar

Bottom line

Higher suction numbers don't decide this one. In Vacuum Wars' tests, the cheaper Q10 S5+ was far better on carpet and pet hair: 96% pet-hair pickup vs 43%, and no hair tangling vs 62%. The Qrevo S Pro is the better mop and does much more for you: its dock washes the mop pads in hot water, dries them and refills the robot's water. Pick the Q10 S5+ for carpets and pets. Pick the Qrevo S Pro for mostly hard floors if you never want to touch a mop pad.

What to look for

Real pickup, not the Pa rating

Why it matters: Suction in pascals is the maker's number and doesn't tell you how much hair or grit comes off your carpet.

How to check: Look for independent pickup tests on carpet and pet hair.

Watch out: Here the 10,000 Pa model beat the 18,500 Pa model on carpet deep cleaning (96% vs 81%) in Vacuum Wars' tests.

What the dock actually does

Why it matters: The dock decides how much upkeep is left to you.

How to check: Check if it only empties dust, or also washes, dries and refills the mop.

Watch out: The Q10 S5+ dock only empties dust. Tom's Guide also notes its wet pad sits on the floor while it charges.

Hair tangling

Why it matters: Hair wrapped on the brush cuts pickup and means cutting it free by hand.

How to check: Look for a tested tangle result, not just an 'anti-tangle' label. Both of these claim anti-tangle features.

Watch out: Vacuum Wars found 62% of 7-inch hair wrapped on the Qrevo S Pro's brush and none on the Q10 S5+.

Obstacle avoidance

Why it matters: Robots that can't see cords and socks get stuck or swallow them.

How to check: Look for the sensor type and tested avoidance scores.

Watch out: Both use structured light and scored 5 and 6 of 24, well below Vacuum Wars' average of about 16. Plan to pick up before each run.

Traps and timing

  • Roborock's footnote says the 167°F figure is measured at the dock's internal heater output, not on the mop itself.
  • Dust-bag claims differ between the listing and the maker: the Q10 S5+ Amazon title says 70 days, while Roborock's own page says up to 7 weeks. Both are Roborock's estimates, not tests.
  • Reviewers disagree on the Q10 S5+'s navigation and battery. Vacuum Wars measured above-average efficiency; Tom's Guide had it stuck on table legs and got about 30 minutes on medium suction before it needed a recharge.
  • The Q10 S5+ list price is $549.99, but it's often sold far below that. Vacuum Wars and Roborock's own store showed about $280 on 2026-10-13. Don't treat the list price as the normal price.

Before you check out

  • Count your carpeted rooms vs hard floors.
  • Decide if you'll wash a mop pad by hand after each run.
  • Measure the spot for the dock.
  • Plan to clear cords and socks before runs; neither avoids obstacles well.
  • Compare the live Amazon price to the list prices on this page.

How we put this together

We don't test robot vacuums in a lab. We compared the makers' published specs, the Amazon listings and independent reviews, all listed under Sources, and where they disagree we say so. Prices come from Amazon and are refreshed by our system throughout the day.

Price Drop Radar earns a commission on qualifying Amazon purchases made through links on this page, at no extra cost to you. That never decides which product we recommend.

Quick answers

Is the Roborock Qrevo S Pro good for pet hair?

Not in Vacuum Wars' tests. It picked up 43% of flattened pet hair from carpet against an 82% average, and 62% of 7-inch hair wrapped around its brush.

Does the Roborock Q10 S5+ wash its own mop?

No. Its dock only empties the dustbin. You fill the water tank and wash the mop pad yourself.

Which mops better?

The Qrevo S Pro. Vacuum Wars scored it 149 on dried-on stains against a 108 average, and its dock washes the pads in hot water and dries them.

Why does the 10,000 Pa model clean carpet better than the 18,500 Pa one?

Pascal ratings are the maker's numbers and don't measure pickup. Brush design and airflow matter too. In Vacuum Wars' tests the Q10 S5+ removed 96% of embedded sand vs the Qrevo S Pro's 81%.
